Change is inevitable - except from a vending machine.

I'm a bit sad today as I write this blog post. As I've mentioned before, My Maine Cottage has been in a period of transition due to the economy. Today, nearly one year from the date that I started this blog, my husband was offered a job. In Boston. I've never been one to shy away from change, in fact I embrace it! Yet there is a little piece of me that wishes that this perfect bubble that I live in- this life in the slow lane might always be my life. But change in inevitable- and that's just a fact of life. Stay tuned, this blog is about to become, My Boston Apartment!

I hope you'll stick with me, I plan to blog about the transition and of course

decorating our new place!!!!!!
Give-A-Way as promised in my next post.......

Hi Elizabeth....

I tried to leave a message earlier today and it wouldn't let me. I am so sorry that you have to leave your adorable cottage but I know that God must have a better plan for you in Boston. I am sad for you but at least your hubby got a job, you have each other and your new place in Boston will be fabulous, I just know it. I miss hearing from you. Keep us posted.

Hugs,
LeAnn:)

All the best Elizabeth and Jason,
The most important thing is that you'll be together. You must have gained so much from your time in Maine, and I'm sure you'll have another little cottage one day.

Sometimes good things happen with change. I know that we will miss your cottage, but hey! You will be closer to Fenway Park! We are Red Sox fans!

Oh goodness what a change indeed! I'm just catching up and it appears I have quite a bit to catch up on:>) I'm sure things will work out. We are exploring all avenue of employment and may have to move some day too. We just consider it an adventure. Boston is lovely, although the driver there are frightening! Stop ove, I'm having a give away:>)
